Will Fatherley

CEO

Will started his career with Ford Motor Company having also managed construction-based businesses in the UK and the Middle East.  Will is using his experience to drive the business forward building the team and the client base.

Outside of work, his passions are golf, NFL and travel – he’s currently looking to combine two of these and is planning a SuperBowl trip.

Vince O’Neill

Operations Manager

After spending 30 years with the Tyne & Wear Fire & Rescue Service as an operational firefighter and eventually as lead trainer and deputy training centre manager Vince joined the Impeller team.

His vast knowledge of training and development is crucial for our business.

Vince likes to maintain his fitness and as a keen cycler gets in 100 miles per week.

Jenny Wale

Finance Manager

Jenny has worked in senior management roles across the world including Hong Kong, the Middle East and Australia and brings vast experience to Impeller.

She is now enjoying her time back in her native North East, she loves spending time with her family, enjoys the great walks the area has to offer and is a keen yoga enthusiast.

Mick Cowans

Business Development Manager

Working across the globe, Mick has had a diverse career, with roles in the Royal Navy and the fire service, he also enjoyed his role as a trainer at the Fire Service College. Mick is very much a ‘people person’ and as such thrives in his role in business development.

Mick loves nothing better than spending time with his family and friends along with showing his Old English Sheepdog, Gabe, at dog shows across the UK.

Nicola Halse

Marketing Manager

Having worked in various industries including engineering, manufacturing and the automotive sector Nicola has vast experience in marketing and business development across many sectors, looking after our website, social media and branding she can also be found attending many networking events in the North East.

In her spare time Nicola likes to spend time with her family, is a keen runner and takes part in the Great North Run every year.

Helen Gray

Business Co-ordinator

Helen has spent the majority of her career in the retail sector and has a vast range of experience working in customer service, retail coordination and management and brings an organised, friendly and professional approach to the business.

She is an enthusiastic spectator of community based local sport, and is a season ticket holder at Newcastle United. She is also passionate about reading and spending time with her family travelling both in the UK and internationally.
