Course Philosophy

The Impeller team have a core competency in delivering recruit fire fighter courses; our lead instructor has presided over 16 recruit courses and approximately 500 recruits for Tyne & Wear Fire & Rescue service. Like all of our fire fighter courses, the recruits we turn out through this programme will be ‘ready to go’ when they get back to their service.

We offer a modular recruits course tailored to your requirements as a fire service, we can design the course to complement other elements that will be delivered at the home fire service or deliver the whole course here.
